Side Quest Issue

So I got lucky on the side quest and landed on the 6* AG path, I went to unlock the gate and nothing happened, I then hit the other path only to realize that by doing so I can travel to any other path but not get the gem. I haven't moved. Is there anything I can do? I have submitted a ticket but I got a generic response about how the quest works.

I have a team of 6* champs, to clear that up.

    Update to my own thread, Kabam Blaze is an absolute champion, helped me out and got me back on the path prior to my incorrect move after a couple of steps. So if this happens to anyone else, DO NOT make a move after the misclick.
