Which mutant to r4?

Got a mutant rank up gem from 8.1 exploration. Kitty already at r4 and I have shortlisted the following. Which one is better? Red Mag, Cable and OM are equally good currently and I don't know who benefit more from r4, or I just save for other like Stryfe (r1 now).

    Domino is good yet I have yet to get RHulk, thus hesitate to rank up further.
