time to increase the 6 star sig stone cap

Until recently, it would be extremely difficult to accumulate enough 6 star sig stones where one would hit the limit... but with EOP, BG, and other game improvements... I think it's time to increase this cap (and 5 stars while at it).
One should be able to hold enough stones to max up 1 champ (if not more), and I would propose making the new cap 199 for f2p, and 250 for sigil owners.
