Hulkling Question

I don't know if this is an error or not, but is Hulkling supposed to have wings throughout the fight? Or only during his specials? If you have time to answer this, Kabam, please look into this. I have no issue either way. Just asking out of curiosity. Thanks.

He should only have them in his special it's a vfx bug
