Kabam not helping hacked alliances and member affected

So the title of this is somewhat clickbaited to try and get kabam eyes to see this issue that has caused problems for 29 alliance members and our leader.

Our alliance leader was hacked a couple of days ago and the hacker kicked everyone and deleted the alliance (during alliance wars so we have lost out on gold 2, a 6 star nexus, BG alliance rewards and AQ rewards etc.) We created another alliance and pooled everyone back together including our leader, yes he has his account back. I created a ticket along with many other people but we have been told by kabam only the alliance leader will have his ticket continue even though we were all also effected? Kabam have said they will not restore the alliance because our leader cannot remember the name he had 7 years ago when he made the alliance and they also mentioned something about memory deleting itself after 2 days. They have though given us the original name back, meaning they acknowledge that something has occured. The outcomes from this are confusing given you can see the same summoners together in a new alliance as before. We would really like our gold 2 back, it’s obvious to see thats around where we should be (30/35 million hero rating alliance) and BG rewards would be nice but I would understand if that is harder to find, i know with the added 3x we would have 1.2 million points.

This is another example of people being on the back end of hackers in the game. Is it fair kabam don’t take action because our leader can’t remember his name 7 years ago when you can change your name easily whenever with units. I think not.

I’d be worried about how the leader got “hacked”. As in he would have had to given his email to someone for something. Or email and password in the past or recent perhaps…? I doubt a random hacker took over kabam’s servers and infiltrated accounts specifically your leaders account. That’s not random my friend.

Seems as though your friend was breaking Kabam ToS and paid the price. Unfortunately you all too also paid the price with losing out on rewards.

I don’t really see Kabam helping you. I’d ditch the cheating leader though if I were you.
