Incursions bug

Today I did a partner run in sector 7, my team was Angela,Odin,CGR. I applied prefights from Odin on the first fight and entered the fight with Angela. Angela did not receive the buffs. On the next fight I went to apply them again and they showed already used but still not appearing on angela. Not sure if others have experienced this, but I guess I'll have to wait out the timer again try again
