[BG] Got Alliance rewards, but not solo rewards, bug?

I got the Alliance rewards from Battlegrounds, but i haven't gotten the solo rewards. On my other account i got 8,000 6* crystal shards and a few sig stones and i played around the same amount in Battlegrounds on both accounts.

Player name for the account with missing rewards is [70kp]Noxxious

Anyone else that didn't get their solo rewards?

    i got both the solo and the alliance rewards but in one of them, can’t remember which one, i got a t5cc selector. However, when i claimed it i didn’t get the popup screen to choose any t5cc so essentially i got scammed.

    Am i the only one that received rewards for BG Alliance event but not for BG solo event?

    I also didn’t get the solo rewards. I was in the 50k-100k range (14,700 points).

    So buggy. I was also in the 50k-100k range with 17,100 points.

    Hope they fix this as well, i've sent a support ticket about it but haven't heard back from them yet.
