Valor Leaderboard

I’m a little confused and was hoping to hear a few ideas.
Currently I have 2.6xx million Valor. I’ve finished 1-20% in the solo goals everyday. 1-10% in the 1 feature arena that has rewarded Valor. Finished all four monthly quest difficulties. Also any and all bounty missions.
When I look at the leaderboard the top guys are sitting 2.9m-3.0m Valor. While I can understand some people being 50k-100k higher then another at this early point in the leaderboard. I can not understand the 400k difference.
By no means am I “planning” for top 10 or even trying. Also I am not accusing anyone of cheating anything. I am just looking for potential ways that I missing to earn more Valor.

Top 800 in feature arena vs 1-10% = 10k valor
#1 rank in solo goal vs 1-20% = 8k valor
Bounty missions - 10k valor
That’s the only thing I can think of as well
Any insight?
