Email/password retrieval

I’ve tried to retrieve my password a couple times the past month and I haven’t had any luck. There are multiple, specific security questions making it difficult to recall the answers as I have played on and off for years. What makes it worse is I cannot find out which questions are being answered incorrectly. I understand this is for extra safety, but it seems like an excessive amount of security for a mobile game account. This post is just to vent my frustration and see if anyone has any possible fixes.
