Haven't received battlegrounds SOLO rank rewards

Am i only one who hasn't received the battlegrounds solo rank rewards and i am not talking about the missing t5cc. I am talking about the reward where players got 6 star shards and trophy tokens.

I even submitted a ticket about that to kabam but they just replied with a computer generated email about missing t5cc.

Can somebody please help with this?
I have attached a screenshot of my solo rank.

    U did better than me well done hope u get it sorted Sheesh!! I got pretty nice rewards so u got good reason to be salty 😅
