Cable bug?

So cable has a 15% chance to regenerate health when reaching a power threshold (I assume that means bar of power), while horseman is active he has 45% chance

I’ve gone the entire AQ and haven’t regenerated one time…is this a bug anyone else is experiencing or am I just really unlucky 😭🤣

Just a thought, but what map and what path(s) too? RNG plain old stinks at times, but these can be contributing factors. For instance, I run map 6 and in section 2, I always bring Ultron for the poison path. However, almost always, when I dip below 50% health, he doesn't regen because the next buff gained is immediately nullified. Certain nodes or certain match up may be compounding the issue with the low RNG in AQ. I don't have a good path for Cable in AQ, so I can't really help test, though.

1. Horsemen only get +30% OFFENSIVE ability accuracy. So if you cross a bar of power while not attacking you won’t get the extra ability accuracy
2. I don’t think it’s a flat +30% ability accuracy. You would multiply the chance for an ability to happen by 1.3 to get the modified chance. 15x1.3 is only a 19.5% chance to occur.

This isn’t correct. Offensive ability accuracy impacts any ability that triggers while you are actively hitting the opponent. If you cross a bar of power while attacking with cable then the chance to gain a regen would benefit from increased ability accuracy
