Just completed heroic at 100% and my valor is the same as before. Happened to anyone else?

    Check the quest rewards for the bounty mission. You only get the valor once for completion, not extra for exploration.

    Did you 100% Explore Chapter 3 before going back to do the rest? All of the Valor in Heroic Mode is included in Chapter 3, and not Act Completion or Mastery.
