Champion Improvement suggestion

After fighting Electro with Green Goblin, I noticed something that was a little inconsistent with other champs of the same ability. Green Goblin’s second part of his heavy attack is not a physical contact (its more of a fire blast no different from his laser beams), why does he get damaged by electroshock. Shouldn’t it be that the second hit of his heavy ignore electroshock? Just a though. Also thank you guys for fixing Storm to be shock immune, she makes a lot more sense now.
