Members Identified as participants in war or quests

I know we can look back to see who has participated in war or quest. However, it would be nice to have the leader and officers in members section show who is participating and who never does, with a sign by their logo stating in war, quest or red or green flag saying they have participated in las quest or war. it is hard to keep track of everything and ppl just ride with alliances and dont help, thus causing other active members to leave. So to make it easier for leaders and officers to make members aware that they are monitored and participate. We have a serious issue as a past leader to urge members participate and we end up loosing an entire alliance and have very low members or end up deleting alliance. How can we have something monitored and giving the leader a reader to actually have and make sure everyone is contributing.
