Usually they're added during Scheduled Maintenance. Keep an eye out for the Banner afterwards.

This gets posted everyday at the start of a month. Just do a quick search next time OP. I know I’ve already answered at least 2 posts on this in the last week

@The_Jagga phc additions have always been added after x amount of days since the champs release and 5* have always been added after the first Tuesday maintenance of the month

plus another 2 hours until game comes back up. I remember when maintenance time was measured in minutes and not hours.
