Best science 5* to r4 and possibly r5

I got 9 science 5* champions, i'm only taking one to r4 and possibly r5 later in the future, who should it be? Overseer at sig 45, Sentry at sig 29, Rhino at sig 27

When you say ai own the 6 star rarity be more clear

Is he ranked up? If not then rank up the 6 star rarity
If so than rank up overseer

both spider man 2099 and titania are at r1 still but i put iso into them, so r1 lvl 25

If you have a 6* version already, i wouldn’t bother with the 5* unless it is a beyond god tier champ or a champ that needs high sigs like Cap IW or Angela.
