Rhino unblockable way too often

Just noticed they changed the abiltiused to say 13 or 16 % now its depending on size .seems to go unblockable 3 or foru consecutive times when dashing forward..legendary rhino last few times has gone on first attack and when his heath kr your health below 15% 3 out of 5 all the time..very very irritating

    Also if you’re using a small or medium champion it’ll happen more often
