Who to use for these two nodes?

I’m 100%ing Variant 1 one because I have nothing left to do except Abyss, which I just won’t do.
I can’t figure out who to bring for these two nodes with Modok and Electro. With modok, I usually stun and heavy unless I have a champ to can auto-block. With electro, my usual counters aren’t available and I don’t see any reliable projectile/non-contact champs in tech and mystic (but I’m sure I’m missing them).

For electro i used sorcere supreme. Her heavy attack is non contact and sp3 hits hard.

I have everyone as either a 5* or 6* with the exception of iDoom, Spidey Supreme and Heimdell.
