Idea for Captain America Classic Buff

It would be great if Captain America got a buff, especially since he got some new effects with his shield unless I did not know he got a buff. This is very barebones as the old characters, like Iron Man or Spider-Man, literally have the shortest passives ever (look at Black Widow Classic from the time of this post. Her passive is literally the shortest in the game). So this is just a part of an idea and I know it won't make him OP but I just like to put my ideas out there.

Passive: Captain America, powered by the Super Soldier serum and his strong will, takes 50% less damage from bleed, poison, and shock effects.
When the opponent strikes Cap's shield, there is a 70% chance for a perfect block, and a perfect block has a 70% chance to inflict the opponent with a fatigue debuff and a 50% chance to inflict a concussion debuff, both lasting for 8 seconds.
While the opponent is under the effects of fatigue or concussion, Captain America takes advantage of this opportunity and gains a non-stacking passive fury buff that increases his attack by X% lasting for 6 seconds.
Heavy attacks refresh fatigue or concussion debuffs on the opponent and refresh the passive fury.
Captain America is immune to buffs.
Special Attacks: 30% chance to stun with any special attack.
Special 1: On the last hit of this special, Cap refreshes any fatigue, concussion, or petrify debuffs on the opponent and doubles the stack (max of 5 debuffs for each unique debuff), and refreshes his fury passive.
Special 2: On the last hit of this special, Cap deals a burst of physical damage, dealing X% for every debuff on the opponent. All debuffs are paused during this special attack and personal passive fury is paused during this special attack.
Special 3: Petrifies the opponent for 12 seconds, reducing all healing and power gain by X%. Activation of this special grants Cap a passive buff that increases attack by X% and deals additional physical damage by X% and lasts for 20 seconds. This buff cannot be refreshed with heavy attacks or special 1.
Awakened Ability: Increases Perfect Block chance up to X% based on lost Health.
Increases the duration of all unique debuffs up to X seconds.
(I literally have no idea what to do for his awakened ability.)
