I lost my favorite characters and don't know why. PLease HELP

Hello whoever is reading this. I have not played marvel contest for a while and decided to start playing again now that my new phone has enough space. Once I logged in I felt all right at first and then it occurred to me, I AM MISSING MY FAVORITE TWO CHARACTERS! I am missing white deadpool three star. I might also be missing a three star ultron but since I have not played in a while can't remember for a fact if i actually got him. I am 1000% sure I had this deadpool though and I am very sad and confused as to why i don't have him. I have not seen any one else with this problem so I thought I would post and PRAY someone can help me get them back. If you can help at all please do.

    If it helps, My guess as to why they are gone is I might have left the two of them,(after thinking about it I am 100% about ultron aswell) and three other characters in a timed event. After reading everyone else's problems with that though they were able to get them back by just starting a new quest. This has not worked for me and if this new information helps, please let me know any fixes or anything I can do.

    We can't assist with account specific issues here, so the best thing to do would be to write to our Support Team by using the Support option when tapping Settings in-game.

    It's good that you know who's missing and what tier they are, so definitely mention this to the team. It would also be a huge help for their investigation if you could let them know when you last had them for certain. They'll be able to search more efficiently for you that way.
