Is it just me?

Or does it seem like modders have gotten smarter. Before they were easily identifiable because they would do insane fights in a matter of seconds. Now though I notice some players in BG who i think are modders but its not very clear.
For example, me and another player are very close going back and fourth for the first 2 rounds but then in the third round they have a 30 second no health loat fight.
Also i notice a player has suicides but they exit every fight with full health even with champs who have no immunities.
Now i get quite paranoid when meetinf these players because im not sure if i should report them or not.

Edit: You can definitely report everyone who you think is a modder. Kabam won't ban them immediately after getting a report incase you are worried about reporting the wrong person.
Now the suicide part with no health loss without immunities is 100% a modder. To clear a fight fast you need to be using specials which means recoil plus the bleed and poison.
Then at round 3 he beat my hyperion in 20 secs with 100% health with Rhulk. That's when it became obivous he wasn't trying to be too obvious about his cheating but didn't want to lose the series against me though.
There is no doubt plenty of modders but what some accuse of being modders is silly at times. I've done countless wins in under 20 seconds, even did one in 11 seconds, it really depends on the matchups.
