    Hela can proc a buff like Luke Cage where she cannot be damaged at the end of the fight. Hence the one health point, you just need to hit her once after the buff expires.

    It’s the safeguard that’s kicked in, like Luke cage or punisher, once the safeguard is off and you still have the bleed buff on by any chance , it will kick in and she gets KO
