Are the new featured crystals worth it?

I'm not that rich, only uncollected, and have 5 6*s. At this point, should I be saving for the featured, or just going for basic?

Better go for basic. Expand your roster as much as you can. I'd not waste 5k shards if I'm at your stage even if the featured is great or not.

Worth it or not is for you to decide. If the pool has a lot of champions that you want, then It could be worth it. But it's RNG anyway. I'd rather get messed up by a basic rather than featured. 5k shards is a lot.

Worth it is the part we decide for ourselves. It's an increased chance at some Champs, since the pool is smaller, but at the cost of 5k extra Shards. So, it entirely depends on who you're trying to get.

I got x23, winter soldier twice and star lord from 4 featured crystals. You could get the same or you could get galan, quicksilver and groot twice.

Or you could go for 6 champions out of the basic pool. The choice is yours just remember what you pay for.

My personal experience: if you have more than 45k shards, go to the featured. Below that, stick to the basic/dual

Edit: remember that even opening 3 or more featured, doesn't guarantee that you will get the champ you want, or the best ones. It's always a matter of luck
