EoP Week 2 Bug - Overpower Kingpin

After doing all the Paragorn-objectives of EoP I tried certain champs for week 5 (with every 4 opponents in line).
I also tested Kingpin knowing his rage count as debuffs so after Nick throws his Specials the power meter of him will remain the same.
So I managed to get him to 2 power bars and kept evading his Special 2 again and again until he is power was locked (because of the node).
During power lock I hit him for 10 seconds til power lock was gone. And again evading until he is power locked again (same strategy would work for suicide players).
After throwing my own Special 2 I went in Overpower which is a buff and no debuff and he used Special 2 again (I had no rage debuff on my self and no other debuff) but his power meter remained on 2 bars, which is not supposed to happen.

I tried it 5 times this way to verify that I looked right, but every time his power meter stayed the same after launching specials when I had no debuff applied on me.

I know that Kingpin may not be a great Counter but as he works well against Havok in week 1 I wanted to give him a try and every champ should work as intended.

And you didn’t think to record any video evidence of this? No pictures? Kingpin gains rage incredibly easy especially in a fight like this. You probably did have a debuff on you and just overlooked it

Aren't you able to read? I tested it 5 times. I can make a video of course. This doesn't change anything. I had no (!!!) Debuff applied on me, the only Buff was the Overpower-Buff.

Made a video. 12 seconds. He hit 3 SP2 while no debuff on me and always his power remained the same...

Why are you healing if there's no debuff. There are some node that place invisible debuffs

Overpower just started at this moment. This was the first SP2. But he threw the next right after it and 3 more. Can't send the video here. But here are the 3 pictures in row of how it worked.
