LOL Strategy to help your Alliance improve overall Prestige

So, once upon a time when I was playing in the big dogs kennel there was once a player who for want of a better word was slightly crazy and basically, you wouldn't trust him.
But... he had a suggestion that would improve the overall prestige of the alliance and he was right, the only problem is, it mean being able to trust him.
What he said and I still laugh at it to this day is "Everyone sends him 10 revives each so he can do a run in LOL" and this will improve the prestige of the alliance.
He is right but do you trust him to stay?
Either way, it was a while ago and we kicked him out.
