Maintenance length

Alright this is probably a dumb question but asking anyways. I live in the states on central time. What time was the scheduled maintenance suppose to start? I thought it was 9pm with day light savings everything was pushed an hour forward. Did it still start at 10pm? I'm just confused and curious now. Thank you for your time and answers.

    Started at 930 because reasons, shouldn't go past midnight CST but might also because of reasons. Of course I triggered a valor quest before maintenance so I probably wont get the full 100 5* shards.
