    Cosmic/Tech Dual Crystal
    If you're specifically chasing Herc, you should definitely go for the dual crystals, as the pool will be smaller, giving you better odds.

    If you're chasing 7* shards, the basic crystal is better, cause you can get slightly more bang for the buck.

    All that said, while the 7* shards are coming now, the actual champs aren't coming for quite a while still. You'll have time to collect shards while you chase Herc.

    When hunting a specific champ, it's generally better to go dual. However, keep in mind that dual costs an extra 2,500 shards.
