Attacker Tactic not working 2 days before start season

Hey Peeps,
I have seen multiple posts (without answer sadly) about the attacker tactic not working. The charges count, but when you go over 6, you do not get a debuff immune buff.
The season is 2 days out, and last season we also had 0 time to test the attacker tactic. What are we going to do about this? I do not even see this bug addressed on Trello.
In my opinion we can’t start season without testing the attacker tactic, and it’s getting quite frustrating that the last season we just started without any mention of this. Let’s be better and create a solution… when can we expect a potential fix and how long can we test this so we can go in season prepared?
And please don’t use the arguement: all alliances face the same issue. Items and boosts are very costly, and it just sucks that we have to use more items because a tactic (that is made to help the player counter the defender tactic) is not working..
Please kabam, acknowledge the issue and give a timeline or something..
