Lost out on Valor rewards because of maintenence

So I triggered a Valor quest a couple hours before maintenance, and lost out on the 100 5* shards because of it. Seeing as how these quests are random, I think it's honestly kind of bogus that I lose out on rewards because the servers were down for 3 hours. 11 of my alliance members did the quests, and once the servers came back up there was only 12 minutes left. Can I get any sort of compensation here?

    sorry for your lost, I can feel your anger and frustration as the maintenance is too frequent and longer than expected. Sadly as usual players impacted for no fault in our parts will not get compensated. Hopefully next maintenance will NOT mess up with your quests and your activities.
