Enemies can evade Hyperion's Heavy Attack even after being struck by its first hit

This has persisted since the champ was released months ago. Evade champs should not be able to evade mid-heavy attacks if they are struck. Hyperion's heavy attack is completely useless against evade champs since they can evade even after being hit by the first hit of the heavy attack. This should not be happening and was acknowledged by support in other threads on old forums.

Universal problem, does not require special proofs that your game team can easily replicate with just 1 duel.

    all champion that has more than 1 HA hit could suffer those issue. example: CG HA 3 hit, spider classic still could evade the second or third hit, Hyperion too and others champion with multiple HA hit (void, imiw, etc)
