T3 catalyst fragments lowered??

Has anyone else noticed a massive, absolutely massive, lowering in the T3 class fragments that you get from the daily quest?

I've done mutant and skill yesterday and today and after 3 runs of the mutant and 5 runs of the skill, I didn't receive one full catalyst where as in the past I'd get 2 just from 1 run through...

Anyone else noticed this?

    The 2 in one run was probably incorrect as it was not the case many months ago.

    I probably got lucky during that one run. But I've never gotten less that at least one t3cc doing daily quests... This time I literally did 5 run through of skill daily and didn't even get enough shards for 1 catalyst.
