I miss the days when..

..the Collector had Lofty standards.

I fully expect this thread to be closed within moments because Kabam can not hear criticism of any level any longer. The constants bugs, endless maintenance affecting people on legend runs or trying to complete any part of the game...we rarely even get apologies for this. Just told to stop complaining. The customer service has dropped as low as the reliability of the servers.

Very little communication is actually communicated within the game itself, people are expected to find information for themselves.

There appears to be little interest in the feedback from the community (e.g. the state of AW).

Show your community you care Kabam, because it’s increasingly feeling like you don’t. The new Thor movie will bring new customers, don’t lose them before they’ve had a chance to settle in. Send compensation when you screw up, say sorry once in a while.

Start making your customers feel heard.

Nowadays the grandmaster is the owner of the contest. He doesn't care about us.

So, I think it is important to note that even though we RARELY get stuff for the inconveniences this game more and more presents us with on a daily (sometimes hourly) basis that they have added some cool stuff since the introduction of the Grandmaster:
    Calendar login rewards
    Master difficulty quests
    Rifts
    Additional arenas

I wish we had a more stable game, but it would be a little unfair to not mention the rewards that they have added since his introduction a year ago.
