Rintrah failing Titania’s nonexistent buffs

I found a bug. Titania is buff immune, but against Rintrah when she dexes while neutralized it triggers his power gain

It's not a bug, just an annoying quirk of neutralize. It doesn't care that she's technically buff immune - due to how the game calculates things, neutralize is checked first. This means that it prevents the buff before her (and other similar champions') buff immunity kicks in to prevent it.

The only way to avoid Rintrah's ruptures is to 1) be immune to ability accuracy modification which would prevent neutralize from working, or 2) be immune to the ruptures themselves so that neutralize can't actually do anything.

I wasn’t talking about ruptures. Ruptures are debuffs, which only a couple of champs are immune to. I was talking about a champion that cannot get buffs having buffs fail, triggering and ability for another champion.

Is it possible to add neutralize immunity to the kits of Spiderman 2099, Red Guardian, Titania, and whoever else is buff immune. Those champions are never going to buffs so it seems unfair that the triggering of a buff they’ll never get benefits a champion, especially considering that these champions have a class advantage over the champions who have the neutralize ability. Rintrah and Tigra get power gain from buffs they 100% were never going to receive and Wiccan will incinerate them. I understand trying to code the way neutralize works differently would cause a ton of bugs, so adding immunity to neutralize to their kits and future champions, who are buff immune, would fix the issue without changing any known interactions in the game
