Missing platpool piece trade in?

I traded in a 5-star piece, and that's gone, as expected. But the 6-star trade-in also disappeared from the featured item tab several days later. I have not traded in a 6-star piece yet, and I just happened to get a duplicate from a super fabulous crystal. Is it supposed to be gone?
