Battlegrounds/Game question

Is battlegrounds for Uncollected and above only and how many players do you think are Uncollected and above? I've done bare minimum in BG, just been completing 3 matches with free energy every 2 days for 600 tokens. Hoping it'll be enough to get me in top Million 😆
