How about some straight up 2* or 3* Alliance PVP Events?

How about some straight up 2* or 3* Alliance PVP Events? Like an Alliance War, with decent rewards - but limited to 2* or 3* champs. Forget size of your alliance, could be a straight up skills competition since most of us have these guys all maxed rank - but don't use them anymore.
