Taskmaster is not going Debuff Immune after 10 debuffs

in Bugs and Known Issues
Per the title. I tried him against EOP Scorpion and thought the problem might be related to that quest. But the same problem is happening in practice fights.
I have tried it on two Android Devices (11 & 12). I also tried it on a iphone 8 updated to lastest version.

    Ok. So the problem is actually intermittent. Sometimes it happens, sometimes it does not. See attached screenshot.

    Hey there, do you happen to have any footage of this happening? Or would you be able to let us know which opponents you've seen this happen against?
