Non existing Attacker Tactics for Defense Tactics

Mystic Dispersed defense tactics is available but it's counter which was available before is not this season.
The attacker tactic that prevented certain attackers from gaining buffs was supposed to be its counter. Instead of that we have some random attacker tactics that doesn't counter MD.
Attacker tactics wasn't working so kabam put the defense tactic on without a counter and called it a day. Should ve just removed the defense tactic corresponding to the AT that wasn't working.
Very disappointed.
