hello, I recently bought a package for 249 CZK and I was supposed to get 4, 5, 6 star hero crystals and 300,000 gold and I didn't get 6 star hero crystal and 300,000 and I don't understand why please explain thank you. account Radeček24

    my guess is you bought the pack that gives you certain items when you reach certain level milestones in game. If i remember correctly the 300,000 gold comes when you hit level 50, and the 6* crystal comes when you hit level 60. So to collect all the rewards from the purchase you have to level all the way up to level 60.
