Dr Strange??

So i was at work thinking about ways that they could get around pesky cosmic defenders right now (outside of the Neutralize effect). Suddenly my brain started turning out an idea for a Dr Strange buff/rework, wanted to share.

Let me do the best i can explain it, First ditch his passive nullify effect, its outdated. Secondly rather than a nullify based Mystic why not a Mystic who benefits from you gaining large amounts of buffs. So, if we gave him some sort of effect similar to Sigil Witch in the sense that he gives his opponents buffs based on which blessing he is in, at the time here's what i thought of. Fury phase would give armors, physical resist, and energy resist. Armor phase would give furies, cruelties, and precisions. Power gain phase (this is where i blanked honestly) would give power gain, prowess, and aptitude? Now I know that sounds counterintuitive, but to combat this Dr Strange would have a passive ability that would invert the potency of the enemy's buffs. So, let's say you put a fury on while in your own armor phase, that would in turn give the opponent a weakness debuff. I really liked this idea and i continued to build on it, the effect of the SP1 could increase the potency of the buffs you give, the SP2 could increase the rate at which buffs are applied. The 3rd special is where i too inspiration from one of my favorite champions right now, Titania. Doctor Strange could apply one of each of his buffs onto the opponent, you could have some sort of scaling with current buffs giving more buffs from it. On top of all of that, rather than making him armor break immune, have him reduce the potency of armor break debuffs, similar to what Diablo does with poisons.

I was really excited about all of this when i was thinking about it, it's a different take on mystics right now imo. Let me know whatcha think!
