Oh hell no! Now I can’t even upgrade my Champions because I’m forced to use this stupid relic thing!

    You aren’t forced to use it, you’re forced to go through a tutorial. Once the tutorial is complete, you can go about your business as if it never happened.

    It says I have to bind a three star relic to one of my 5 star champions. If these are supposed to be some kind of strikers, what kind of damage will at three star do bound to a higher star champion?

    It deals damage based on the level of the champion they are bound to, not based on their star level. Relic star level increases the potency and quantity of abilities. Just bind it to a champ you don’t use and it won’t have to hurt you anymore.

    Go thru the tutorial, click on the buttons it wants you to click on.
    * You don't have to commit to the binding
    * You can change your mind later at no cost

    The lower the relic the less useful it is, but it still an improvement on nothing.

    You can unbind it after the tutorial.
