Science r3 decision

I'm thinking of taking my unawakened Mr. Negative to r3. I think he scales really well with the extra base stats...

I also have unawakened torch and unawakened spidey99 that I can take up instead. However, I feel like torch doesn't need that extra dmg and that spidey needs his sig and synergies more than a higher rank.

Should I go take Mr. Negative up? Or should I go for one of the other two?

Torch is probably the safest choice. I feel like he's a bit squishy so the extra health from R3 is very nice.

I also had Spidey 2099 at R3 unawakened for over a year until I duped him today and he worked just fine. Although once the healthpools go over 200k you start to realize why the sig is important (my vote goes to him cause he's my fav science champion).

Mr Negative is very good unawakened. Without the sig, the only matchups where he might struggle are Dormmammu and Mojo. Luckily, if you stay aggressive enough and keep some debuffs on the opponent the degen damage is negligible.

So it really comes down to who you enjoy using the most cause I feel like there's quite a bit of overlap on what they do within the science class
