Cyber deals really good and it’s still a bust

I’ve been having bad luck for months in this game. Mostly all year with a couple exceptions. However the last 24 hours have been super special. I’ve opened 9 featured, and received ZERO good pulls out of that crystal. ZERO. Grind all the milestones for top 2 arenas, get ZERO units out of 100k bc’s. I understand sometimes algorithms aren’t on your side but for Christ sake it’s a holiday sale. I can’t get anything good spending, can’t get anything from grinding…what’s the damn point? Like at some point do you take me off the Scrooge bus and just let me get a win? Otherwise what the hell am I even playing for?
