Battleground match restarts

This is the second time this happened to me. In this particular match I was going to be moved up to platinum, I played a near perfect match against a peni Parker which would have been my second win of the match and while I was waiting for my opponent to finish, my fight suddenly restarted. I so thrown off that I did horrible on the tie breaker match and lost.
