    From your top champs I would say Hyperion. He'll make a difference event at sig 1. But I would probably keep the gem until you can R5 one of them who would benefit from the dupe.

    If you have many sig stones you can invest then Scarlet Witch, Spidey 2099 for example are worth it also.

    Others who are great even at low sig are Gwenpool, Thor (OG), Falcon, Ultron, Voodoo, Warlock, Moleman, Kingpin, Titania, Mr. Fantastic... Probably a few more but as I already said I think you should only awaken champs who are R5 (or at least R4) I think.

    I’d say Hyp, Spidey 99, Rintrah, WL, OG SW, Star-Lord, KP, Voodoo. I might have missed a couple, but I’d maybe keep it until you get Nick Fury. If you have enough stones to pump OG SW up, then possibly her. She’s still really good after 12.0. She’s not the best, but she can still wreck stuff at high level when she’s at or close to max sigs.

    I got more advice from places other than the forums and ended up giving it to bishop. I even had some sig stone crystals saved up and put more mutant sigs into bishop after ranking him up

    Nice. I missed Bishop initially. He’s underrated in the game.
