Thanos and Cyclops

They need buffs. Badly. Cyclops should at least cause incinerate damage with his optic blasts. Every time he blasts in the comics or cartoons, there’s scorches and flames.

As for Thanos, dude needs a total overhaul. He should have the Gauntlet, and his specials, at least tier 3, should involve the Stones.

1 ) Cyclops' beams don't Incinerate. They're a heatless steady concussive blast that pushes things away or breaks through them depending on the strength of the target itself. So if you're seeing flames, that would most likely be collateral damage from something else (like a gas line or electrical equipment) and for a proper rework or update to his kit, all of his beam attacks would guarantee armor break with special three giving an indefinite armor shatter. However a cool little trick about Cyclops is that his body absorbs Ambient Energy around him like sunlight as well as the energy attacks used against him, so in a way his Base Kit would have a high level of energy resistance with an increased combat power rate from energy attacks.

2 ) while I agree that Thanos should be a very strong champion, he is also at the moment a trophy champion and very rare to obtain, which means that his priority level to be overhauled is next to none.

In fact they've gone on record as saying that all trophy Champions are basically at the very back of the line for updates.
