Incursion run ended

My partner and I had just completed room 21 and were kicked out of the run. Has anyone ever had this happen? 4 rooms left. 4. The email notification you get when concluding a run says congratulations on completing room 20 but the rewards screen shows that we did complete room 21. I don’t understand how it can just end like this without either of us asking to conclude the run.

    unfortunately I learned this the hard way before but when Incursions are reset (referring to the 5-day timer) your run ends immediately

    Happened to me a few weeks ago. Asked support to re-set the cooldown so I could go back in and they were utterly useless.

    I was afraid that was the case. I knew there had to be a time limit but I thought it was the room rewards time frame that mattered. I guess this is on me for not making sure I knew the rules.
