Ideal recruits will have decent roster with 6r3's or better. We are a semi-retirement ally, which means we have a full crew of highly skilled/dedicated mates that are happy to consistently destroy Map 5 w/no mods (target 270MM), and AW gold 1 for a good balance of solid rewards and low stress.
