ISO shortage for rank ups can be fixed with increasing iso drops on dupes

Even after cyber weekend I am still out of ISO to level up my 6* roster. It’s very frustrating when you have a load of rank up resources but have to wait to gather 4* shards to get any meaningful ISO. Why can’t 5* and 6* dupes award more, especially now that there are higher tier class iso? It just seems like a crazy simple solution to help us utilize our roster more and add value to our duplicates, since 6* champs take MUCH more to level up than 4*
