Phone "Back Button" Not Functioning...

Not sure if this is intentional, really hope it isn't, but is anyone else's Back Button not working anymore in the game?
It used to work properly when either going to the previous screen or pausing while in game...
Now it isn't working at all. Is anyone else experiencing this? I've posted a pic to specify what i mean.
